Whether you are utilizing the free-standing SurveyStation, or the handheld SurveyCheck, you'll have an integrated system for customer experience management (CEM) How does it work? The data collection tools (SurveyCheck and SurveyStation) are typically connected to the Internet through the BrainPod. Using the BrainPod's internal modem, you'll have the ability to retrieve your data remotely and analyze it via the Web. Updating and modifying survey content is also a snap with SuperbServ's web-based programming tools. |
